Condition of Sneaker Box

All sneakers accepted by SNKR VLT must also include the correct brand issued box with the lid, the proper label that reflects the corresponding shoe size and style code. Sneaker boxes that will pass our requirements should be in good condition although may be accepted with minor dents, tears, or wrinkles on the box lid that may have occurred from the manufacturer, shipping, and storage. Boxes for sneakers that are four years or older may be accepted if they have slight discoloration or minimal damage that can naturally occur from sitting in storage. Please make sure any QR codes or RFID chips on the box are not removed, tampered with, obstructed, or obscured in any way.

Return Policy

SNKR VLT is committed to providing VLT users with the best buying and trading experience. All sales and trades are final. However, if an error occurs on our end (such as receiving the wrong order), we will make it right. Once we receive the item back in its original condition that it left SNKR VLT, we'll refund the cost of the sneakers, including fees and shipping. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.

• Sellers: As a seller, you are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, paying, and remitting any and all local, state, or federal sales taxes that may apply to your sales transactions.
• Buyers: As a buyer, you are responsible for paying any local, state, or federal taxes (including sales taxes) associated with your purchase transactions.

Counterfeits, Fraud, and Market Manipulation

SNKR VLT takes counterfeiting, fraud, and market manipulation very seriously. If a seller provides a counterfeit item or attempts to defraud any buyer or SNKR VLT, the platform reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions, at its sole discretion:

• Remove any or all of the seller's listings from the services.
• Cancel any or all of the seller's pending orders.
• Withhold any payments due to the seller.
• Restrict the seller's buying and selling privileges.
• Charge the seller's payment method for costs, expenses, and fees incurred by SNKR VLT as a result of the seller's actions or inactions. These may include the cost of replacement items, the value of coupons and gift certificates provided to buyers, reprinting fees, rerouting charges imposed by carriers, and refunds to buyers.
• Ship the counterfeit item back to the seller at the seller's expense.
• Provide counterfeit items to law enforcement or destroy them.
• Temporarily or permanently suspend the seller's account.
• Charge the seller's payment method a minimum of $15.00 USD or up to 15% of the transaction amount as a service fee, at SNKR VLT's discretion.

Sellers agree that these remedies are reasonable and justified upon SNKR VLT's discovery of counterfeit items or fraudulent actions, even if the seller was unaware of the counterfeit or fraudulent nature of the items (e.g., negligent fraud). If counterfeit items are turned over to law enforcement, the seller's communications and property claims must be directed to the law enforcement agency and not to SNKR VLT.

SNKR VLT employs fraud protection measures, including algorithms and automated systems, to monitor for fraud. These measures may result in the cancellation of listings or sales, or the suspension of accounts. Sellers affected in error should contact SNKR VLT at Contact Us. SNKR VLT may also require additional identification for high-value transactions or accounts with high payment volumes.

Market Integrity and Manipulation

SNKR VLT monitors the integrity of its marketplace to prevent market manipulation or fraud. If SNKR VLT determines that a user (seller or buyer) is engaging in fraudulent behavior, including creating false accounts, interfering with fair market operations, or providing misleading information about pricing or demand, it may take any or all of the following actions:

• Remove the user's listings.
• Cancel the user's pending orders.
• Withhold payments due to the user.
• Restrict the user's buying and selling privileges.
• Charge the user's payment method for costs, expenses, and fees incurred by SNKR VLT.
• Notify law enforcement of fraudulent activity.
• Temporarily or permanently suspend the user's account.
• Charge the user's payment method an additional service fee of up to $1,000 to cover investigation and related costs.

These measures are intended to protect the fairness and integrity of the SNKR VLT marketplace. Users engaging in suspicious activity are encouraged to contact SNKR VLT if they believe their actions were flagged in error.
